The Arrow Cross party was Hungary's version of the Nazi Party. They were patriots who attempted to save their nation from Communist ruin during WWII. Everything they warned would happen (and worse) indeed took place for the decades Hungary spent as a Communist slave state. Many Arrow Cross men were murdered and imprisoned as revenge for their heroic deeds.
